Warranty extension from 5 years to 10 years for Solis Hybrid Series 6 (S6) PRO 6kW inverters.

If you have not received an email after purchasing this extended warranty, please follow these steps:

  • Go to ‘My Account’ on the Segen Portal
  • Scroll to ‘Warranty’
  • Click the ‘Awaiting Details’ link and then fill in the information
  • Once you have completed the information please click ‘Request Documentation’.   

Once that’s done, the warranty order will be ready for us to order from the manufacturer.  

You may apply for a warranty extension within 12 months of installation by providing the relevant inverter serial number along with proof of purchase


Lead time:
Our lead times are 5-7 working days excluding weekends, public holiday’s & shipping time with our courier.
Lead times on out of stock or special-order items 6-8 weeks / 8-10 weeks
