The Osprey Hiker combines rugged durability with enhanced comfort, making it an ideal choice for traversing the tough and uneven terrains of construction sites and agricultural environments. This hiker features a 2.0mm - 2.2mm full-grain Pull Up leather upper, complemented by additional leather scuff panels on the heel and toe regions for increased protection against bumps and scratches.

The Osprey Hiker’s sole construction enhances stability and safety, featuring the Double Density PU/PU Raptor sole unit. The midsole offers flexibility with a shore hardness of 45-55, and the durable outer sole has a shore hardness of 55-70. This boot can endure temperatures up to 95˚C and has SRA-rated slip resistance. The ergonomically moulded Footology Elastopan climate control insole provides superior cushioning and thermal regulation, keeping feet cool and hygienic.

Upper:

• Cut from a 2.0mm – 2.2 mm Pull Up full grain
  leather.
• S2 Leather scuff with PU coating on back
  counter and vamp.
• 10mm Extra padded collar and bellows tongue.
• 125cm Black braided nylon laces.
• 4 pairs Mogul eyelets and 2 pairs lace hooks
• Heel stiffener for shape longevity.

In-Sock & Top Sock

• Footology Elastopan climate control insole is an
  ergonomically moulded insole which provides
  superior cushioning, lightweight comfort,
  breathabilily and durability.
• PU Elastopan material ensures good thermal
  regulation to keep feet cool.
• Treated with anitbacterial and antimicrobial
  agent which provides optimum foot hygiene and
  combats infections.
• Anti-static stitch conducts electricity away from
  the foot.

Lining:

• Laminated vamp lining with 10mm foam open cell
  PU on collar and tongue for enhanced comfort and
  breathability.
• Quarter and tongue lining made from a Cambrill
  non-woven material laminated to 4mm foam for
  enhanced comfort and excellent ventilation.

Toe Cap:

• Steel Toe Cap
• Can withstand an impact of 200 Joules
• Also available with a Soft Toe - 8238.

Sole:

• Shank reinforcement for additional arch support.
• The Raptor sole is made from Double Density PU/PU
• The midsole is made from a flexible low density
  Polyurethane with a shore hardness of 45 – 55.
• The outer sole is made from a high durability
  Polyurethane with a shore hardness of 55 – 70.
• The boot can withstand temperatures up to 95˚C.
• The boot has SRA rated slip resistance.
• The boot is anti-static.
• Extra-wide sole unit for stability and torsion control.
